PROCESS
Idea to running system, in five stages.
Discovery
One to two weeks on site with your team. We map the current workflow, the paper it runs on, and the edge cases nobody documented. You get a written scope, architecture and fixed estimate.
Design
Data model, system architecture and interface flows, reviewed with the people who will use the thing daily, before a line of production code exists.
Build
We ship working slices in short, reviewable cycles, with tests around the parts that carry risk. Your team sees real progress against the agreed scope, not a presentation about progress.
Launch
We migrate data, train users and rehearse the move to production before it happens. The launch plan includes rollback, monitoring and a team present when the first real transactions arrive.
Operate and improve
After launch, we measure performance, resolve issues and plan improvements from real usage. Regular maintenance keeps dependencies, infrastructure and operating knowledge current.
